The island we call home

Your Private Residence at Timbers Kauaʻi

Kauaʻi is more than a destination to us. It is home. Let us share the places, people, and experiences that make this island extraordinary.

Come Stay

Imagine waking with the sunrise, coffee in hand, on your oceanfront lanai.

When we’re not traveling the world, we spend much of our time here—in our private residence at Timbers Kauaʻi. And when we’re away, we make this luxury Kauaʻi vacation rental available for private stays.

Located in Līhuʻe, the spacious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath residence overlooks the Pacific and the 15th hole of the Hōkūala Golf Course. From December through May, keep an eye on the water—you may even spot humpback whales from the lanai or your private pool.

Open the doors and let the trade winds in. Prepare dinner in the open kitchen and gather on the lanai, or wander up the path to Hualani’s, Timbers Kauaʻi’s farm-to-table restaurant overlooking the water.

Beyond your private pool, Timbers Kauaʻi offers two additional pool areas, including an oceanfront infinity pool and hot tub. Walk to the beach for a swim, paddleboarding or surfing, or continue along the shore to Duke’s Barefoot Bar.

With its central location in Līhuʻe, the residence is beautifully positioned for exploring the island. Head west toward Waimea Canyon or north toward Hanalei and Kauaʻi’s North Shore—and still return to your own private retreat at the end of the day.

Because we spend so much time on Kauaʻi, we’re always happy to share the places we love and help with the details that can make your time on the island even more special.

Take a look inside.
